Ben was very accommodating while I was buying my Tesla Model 3, he's a sound guy. Everything has been fine with the car. I've not had any issues.

Very impressed with the customer service from Lease Cars Direct. Ben is a really good guy, and everything he did was spot on. Everything with my Vauxhall Insignia has been fine up to now.

This is my first time owning a Tesla, and I love it. Ben was superb to deal with while I was getting the car. He only lives around the corner from me as well, so I'm thinking of giving my wife this one and getting another from him because I've noticed he's had a few in recently. It's got to be 5 stars, I've got no complaints.

Everything is great with the Audi A5 – using it daily, doing the usual running around with no issues. Ben is a good guy and made the process really good, I trust what he says when it comes to the cars. I’ve bought from this dealership before (had a Skoda last time), and they’ve always been reliable. When you find someone good, you stick with them. I had my last car for 5 years and would’ve kept it longer if it hadn’t been for someone knocking into me. Great service all around!

I’m bought a jaguar xe from Ben at lease cars direct Ltd in late January of this year I live in Plymouth which was quite way but seen the jaguar and fell in love with it got it home and the rear reverse sensor s had stopped working emailed Ben Ian’s he was very helpful and paid for the cost of new ones which I was very happy with the service Ben provided 💯 then after about 4 weeks my engine failed which needs a new engine block new turbo new piston rings new oil pump ie complete top end rebuild I phoned Ben he was very sympathetic toward my problem and understanding from start to finish he helped with the cost of repairs which was so nice of Ben I will state the engine failure was from previous owners lack of service and care nothing to do with Ben as if he thought this would happen he would have never sold the car this company is 💯 very helpful in service and aftercare from start to finish would I buy another car off Ben yes I would I can 💯 recommend this company if you want to buy a very good quality car and aftercare and sale are awesome Ben thank you so so much for everything very happy 👍👊😎😎

Purchased a Ford Mondeo from Lease cars, It would have been nice if I had the chance to test drive but i'd still give a 4/5 for the experience.
