Familiar with the dealerships’ high standards, Essex Prestige was my first port of call when I decided to upgrade. I made the decision to head down to the dealership and browse their extensive stock selection. There was certainly plenty to choose from, so I was confident there’d be something to suit my needs. On arrival I was greeted by a super friendly member of staff. Refreshingly, I didn't feel pestered and he gave me the freedom to browse at my own leisure, kindly letting me know where to find him if I had any questions or queries. I came across a BMW X5 which immediately caught my eye – It was absolutely immaculate and had the high-spec I always look for in BMW’s. I’ve got a fair bit of background knowledge in the manufacturer and associated performance etc, so decided it’d do me nicely. The salesman kindly passed me the keys for a test drive and boy, the car delivered! WOW! I swiftly got the paperwork signed, which the salesman sorted for me promptly. Eager to get back behind the wheel ASAP, I couldn't get out of the dealership quick enough (typical petrolhead I know!) I’ve had the car for a couple of weeks or so and I’m still really enjoying it. Based on my experience, I’d happily recommend Essex Prestige to anyone in the market for a quality used vehicle, sold by professional, knowledgeable staff. I’m actually looking for a Ford Ranger myself, so I’ll be popping back in the hope the chaps can source me one. I don’t think I’d shop anywhere else again & I can’t sing their praises enough. After looking around for a Land Rover Defender with great mileage and a more friendly price tag, I was pleasantly surprised to see one located at my local dealership, Essex Prestige. So I decided to book an appointment to go and view the car. On arrival, I was met by a friendly, happy, upbeat salesman who showed me around the car and answered all my questions in regards to the additional functions and added extras, which was greatly appreciated, as it saved me looking through a manual or having to scroll through the monotony that is Google for each of the car's features. The Defender was exactly as advertised, looked fantastic, and I couldn't wait for my test drive. After a 30-minute test drive, I found myself needing to buy the car right away, and after finishing the paperwork, the keys were in hand, and away I went. The whole process from arrival to driving away was around an hour and a half, which was really quick and efficient, and most importantly, I have a stunning car that I know I can rely upon. The team at Essex Prestige are easily deserving of 5 stars.
