Really happy with my new car, Mercedes E Class has always really appealed to me for it's aesthetic and performance. I haven't driven it much due to the bad weather however, I am so far issue free and very happy. The service was impeccable for the most part, Joshua and Ocean were outstanding and really made me feel valued. Emma and Jess weren't poor, but I had a couple call backs promised which I never received. The finance also wasn't settled on time which cause some hassle.. all in all, I would defiantly go back and I think we will when the time is right.

I had a great experience buying my Audi A5 from Prestige Cars Kent. I was looking for a sporty and elegant car with a lot of features and performance. I found the perfect match on their website, which had a lot of information and photos of the A5. I contacted them and spoke to James, who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and arranged a test drive for me. When I arrived at the dealership, I was impressed by the range and quality of the cars they had. What a difference Plug-in-hybrid makes, compared to my old works pickup, the XC60 I have no is so much more fuel efficient. We have a EV Charger at home anyway so it made sense to get a partially EV. The savings have been great and the service has matched to. Joshua has been really good to work with and I am happy overall. There was an issue with the insurance which I was going to get through Prestige Cars Kent which caused some delays and the car wasn't serviced I don't think prior to the sale however all in all it was a very positive experience.

Everything has been good, the car is great and does what I need it to. There is one small issue with the brakes which Prestige Cars Kent are sorting for me. James was great, I really like him and his service.

Really pleased, Prestige Cars Kent seem to have the process down to a T. I have been dealing with Paul during the sale, he helped me fine just the car I wanted and was very knowledgeable about the car. I had a C-Class coupe before and drive a whole variety of cars for a living. This meant it took me no time at all to get used to my new BMW 4 Series. The car is stunning and I have not encountered any problems along the way, Harry helped me with the financing side of things as well and was very very nice to deal with.

I am very satisfied and impressed with the customer service provided by Assaf and the team at Prestige Cars Kent. the process has been hassle free, simple and quick. I went with Porsche Boxster, I really like the look and feel of the car. I have been away for a week and not driven it much however, coming back from holiday, my air con has stopped working. I have text Assaf, highlighted the issue and got a response pretty much straight away. He has passed this to the maintenance team and I am awaiting a call back with next steps, if this is sorted as promised, more than happy to put this up to a 5 Star as the service was top notch and I am very satisfied.

I ventured to Prestige Cars Kent looking for a new car for my missus. She went for a C-Class because it's a car she has always wanted.. I respect that. The car itself has been great with absolutely no problems, we are taking it back to the dealer on Wednesday to get some trim changed but Joshua has been great and really accommodating to get this sorted.

Paul has been a pleasure to deal with, he helped us with the purchase of our new Volvo XC60, my husband and I went down to the dealership as we needed a newer car and I loved the safety reputation of the Volvo's. It was a joint decision but mainly mine, I think my husband found it easier to agree with me and he had no objections all the same. We also dealt with Phoebe for the hand over and she is a lovely young lady. Both Paul and Phoebe are a true credit to Prestige Cars Kent and looking at some of the other reviews, it seems I am not the only one who thinks this.

Prestige Cars Kent have been very professional from the outset and the customer service before, during and after the sale. The car has had a couple issues however, due to the distance I live from the dealership, they have told me to get this booked in at the local BMW dealer and will cover the costs of any works required.
