John (who looked after my application) is a legend, honestly I can't speak highly enough of him. There wasn't any awkwardness when speaking on the phone and we actually had some very good conversations. I was so excited to get my Nissan Qashqai that John was happy to push stuff through to turn the car around as fast as possible. I've been on a couple of motorway trips but nothing too long but we have summer holidays coming up soon so I'm sure Ill put some miles on it then.

Let's just say my old car didn't go down to well with the lads at work because I had a Fiat 500 and it's safe to say they let me know about it 😀 so I was quick to be in the market for another car. I went for a Ford Fiesta and it went down a lot better with the lads. From start to finish everyone was really friendly and I thought it was a straight forward process. Ill be back in a couple of years to get an upgrade.

My Audi Q3 is performing well so far. While I've only driven it on short trips around town, I haven't had the chance to take it on any longer journeys yet but I'll get round to it. This is my 4th car from Concept Car Credit, and I have no complaints. Each time, they've explained the ins and outs of the process thoroughly. From the very start of the application process the team were very transparent with what I was signing up for, meaning I was left with no hidden surprises when it came to collecting the car. I went with a Vauxhall in the end and for now it seems to be holding up well but it has only been a couple of months. 4 stars for now.
