I haven't purchased a car from here before, so I didn't know what to expect, but straight away I felt comfortable with what the guys had to say about the cars I was interested in. Out of all the cars, the BMW 116 piqued my interest. After giving it a once over, I went ahead with it. I got the car late last year, and It's had no issues.

I was in the market for a specific Porsche Panamera, and I was struggling to find one until I came across one at Essex Prestige. Before making the 2-hour trip up to view the car, I did call up and ask all the questions I felt were necessary when enquiring about a car. Once I was happy with all the answers to my questions, I made the trip up. There was no hard sell, and I could look around the car at my own pace. The team also let me and my friend take it out on a test drive on our own, which was a nice touch because it allowed me to get a real feel for the car. Once I got back to the test drive, I went with it and arranged for it to be delivered. I'm happy with the car and the service; I will 100% return here in the future.

I was made to feel very welcomed when I stepped foot in the dealership, which was a good first impression since I haven't purchased a car from here before.
