I saw the car I wanted online so made an appointment to have a look. The prep took about a week and l would have preferred a quicker turnaround as I was without a car but they did some work on it so that was fine. Oliver was great. He kept me updated and was a nice person to talk to, happy to help. Big scratch I noticed when I get home but they sorted it out fairly quickly. I was happy with that.

I was looking online and Cartime had one of the Jaguar models we wanted. They were local to me so we decided to go over. There were a few issues with the car after I got it but they got sorted out by the dealer. Moncef was good, no problems at all during the sale.

Cartime were really really good, they were brilliant. I was looking at a different car than the Ford I ended up getting and ended up waiting 4 weeks to not get it. The Ford has been absolutely fine, its brilliant.

We went with Cartime because they had the right car for us. The only thing is they did reduce the price offered for my part exchange but Oliver was lovely and the car is running fine with no issues.

The Ibiza is a lovely car, I’m loving it! The salesperson felt slightly pushy when it came to the final stages of buying the Seat Ibiza. However, overall my experience with Mohammad was really good, he was nice and answered all my questions.

I give it a 4, it didn't get 5 as still waiting for a puncture kit, I have chased a few times but no one replied

I’ve been to Cartime Bury before and I find their cars are decently priced. Mohammad was good, I can't complain about anything. The only hold up was the clearance process on my trade in but Cartime were fine. I’d go back and have already recommended them to family.

Gareth dealt with us and he was really lovely and friendly. The only thing we felt communication could have been slightly better as we asked for a few repairs to be done, when we went to collect the car these hadn't been done which delayed things by a few days but we appreciate they were really busy. Other than that everything with the Audi A3 is fine.

Everything is ok with the Suzuki. When I initially brought the SX4 it had a blow in the exhaust, I called up to Cartime and got it booked in for the week after, the whole process was easy. Paul was great, he was relaxed and I felt there was no pressure. I felt like I was buying a car rather than him selling me a car. I was out looking at a different car at a different dealership at the time and got really annoyed with them as they advertised on the website weren’t reflected at the dealership, then I found the Suzuki in Cartime Rochdale and ended up buying it.

I found the car online so went to view and test drive it. What stood out to me was the customer service. Andrew was a fantastic guy and really ready to help and talk about the car.
