I am happy with the overall process down at Prestige Cars Kent, I am happy with Adam ( my salesman), he was cool, he knew his stuff and made the whole process nice and easy for myself. It was pretty stress free, it tale take a little time getting though the paper work but that's paper work for you. I would rate my experience an over all 4.5!

I had spotted a really nice Volvo XC40 that Prestige Cars Kent had in stock. I had to call up there, I spoke to a gentleman on the phone called Patrick and he was full of great information about the car, I came down to take a closer look and was dealing with a different young man called Josh- he was excellent! The process was pain-free, easy and smooth. I have already taken the Volvo up for its first trip to Scotland, it was a lovely drive, ran brilliant all the way there and all the way back! Its a lovely smooth, comfy drive! This is what you want when your buying a new car!

I can not tell you how over the moon I am with all areas of my experience. First I am in love with the most beautiful Tesla Model 3, the most incredible car to drive! Paul was nothing short of perfect, absoutley excellent service. We had a great time during the sale, he is the type of salesman you are wanting to come across. Helpful- attentive, personable, funny, and a good chap- Paul ticks all of the boxes!

Everything has worked out exactly as I had hoped, everyone in the dealership were very helpful and explained everything perfectly. The car itself is great, I have had no issues so far and I am a happy customer to say the least.

I have always had Range Rover Evoque's but always had settled with older models, Prestige had a newer model on offer and it is level's above anything I have had before. The staff were great in store, I had an issue where the battery completely died, prestige were out next day and resolved this for me there and then.

Very happy with the car and service provided.

So far so good with my BMW X4, It has become my daily drive and I really like the car as it is large enough to be a family car but also sporty enough to still be fun to drive. I had a couple issues with the trade in side of things, I was required to provide a proof of purchase which is something I have never heard off.. this caused some delays and complications as I purchased the car 4 years ago although, we were able to get round this. I really appreciate the dream team of Jess and Davis, both were phenomenal in store and when it came to handover! Thank you Prestige Cars Kent and Thank you Jess and Davis!
