Me and my wife were quite happy with our visit to this company because we were treated like humans which is rare these days. We visited companies before where they don't let you out the door without signing the dotted line but this wasn't the case here. In actual fact, we weren't going to go ahead with it but once Longin had more information about the service history, we were happy to go ahead with it. It's been a lovely car since and we are happy we went for it.

Happy with my purchase

Since my wife had such a good experience when she bought her car from here, when I was looking for a Golf I was happy to see what Phantom Motor Company had. Just like the first time, everything was great and the car was ready for the collection at our appointment time. We will definitely come back in the future.

Longin was great and our Mercedes hasn't had any issues yet.

Nothing short of perfect! - I love my Vauxhall Mokka and for now everything is running smoothly. I've got a tiny issue with the tyre pressure sensor but the team have been quick to get it in and get it repaired.

Honestly I can't fault the service I received from Anthony while I was in the market for a new car. He replied within good time and stuck to my time frame on when I could both view the car and collect it, which helped me massively. Everything was very efficient and his whole process was spot on. I've had a BMW 329I before but It wasn't as fancy as this one so it was a relatively easy transition.

I've gone from a lovely Jaguar E-Pace to a superb F-Pace that I'm very pleased with. I really like to look after my cars so when I saw the condition of the Jaguar online, I was happy to go and see it in person to see if it was as advertised and luckily it was.

Phantom Motor Company is a lovely place, and I'd happily get another car from here in the future because everything was easy. I part exchanged my Ford Fiesta in, which I felt I got a fair price for in the end, so I can't complain. I'm just waiting for my tax refund to come through for my old car. I would 100% recommend people getting a car from here.

Login couldn't have been any better. Not one question was left unanswered, he offered me a test drive once I was ready and explained all of the paperwork to the letter. Our Jaguar E-Pace has been a lovely car and a great addition to the family.
