The car was purchased for my son, it has been fine. I think we dealt with Mohammed on the day. He was a nice guy, nice environment and wasn't pushy. Compared to the garage we dealt with before going to Car Time, it is a five out of five.

The Audi A1 has been perfectly fine, and the salesman I dealt with on the day was great.

It was mainly my partner who dealt with the salesman at Cartime and I was there to sign the paperwork but the staff were amazing and the Mustang we bought has been all good since buying.

Jamie the salesman was sound when I bought my Volvo. The car itself is running well and no mither at all.

The Skoda Kodiaq itself is absolutely fantastic. I’m really pleased with it. The customer service was brilliant as well. Kane, who I dealt with, was honest and not pushy at all. That really stood out to me. would definitely recommend them.

Asam at Cartime Burnley was really good. If I need another car, I’d probably go back there. They were really good, especially as there was a leak in the engine which they sorted out before I got the car. I'd also recommend them to others.

We recently purchased a Hyundai Tucson, it was mainly my wife's choice, as she liked the colour and model of the car. I'd say the buying experience was okay. There were a few issues along the way. At the start, the salesperson was helpful, but when I said I wanted to go away and think about it, I felt the salesperson was less welcoming after this. I was also told a £100 reservation fee would be taken, but £250 was charged without being explained, as I initially paid by credit card and then had to arrange another payment, which took about a week to sort out. Based on this and the fact we like and are enjoying the car, it would be 3 stars.

Paid for MOT & service package and paint protect but given no sort of paperwork/guarantees. Salesperson didn't seem to know a great deal about the model of car. Spent most of the test drive getting friendly with me rather than selling the car. Maybe that was for a reason Within a month of buying the car the locking mechanism on the fuel cap failed so I had to get that forced open by the local MG garage and was quoted £240 to get it replaced. Appreciate things do just go wrong randomly some times but left a bad taste given it was so soon after buying the car. Having said that, the car came with all the relevant charging cables. It had a new MOT. Salesperson was a nice guy. Wasn't overly pushy or anything. I probably wouldn't buy another car from Cartime personally but I wouldn't say I had a bad experience by any means.

Good price. None pushy salesman. Marked the score down as I had an issue with payment which was stressful. And then obtaining tax for the vehicle was not easy. Then finally I had sent 2 emails after sales just to ask about the V5 and no one ever replied to me.

Great customer service, friendly and honest Answered all my questions I had and did not pressurize me so allowed me to think about my choices without feeling rushed
