The Vauxhall Astra has been brilliant. I actually came through a finance application that didn’t go through and then got a call from the dealership. There wasn’t much choice of vehicles available at the time, and I was desperate for a car for work, so I went with the Astra. It is a good car, so I’m happy with it. The gentleman I dealt with was very helpful and lovely. He even paid for my Uber to get to the garage, which I appreciated. The only downside was the lack of choice when it came to vehicles.

I bought an A-Class from Concepts Car Credit, and overall the experience was superb. and I had no problems at all. Gary was polite and friendly. There is an engine management light that has come on which I believe is a sensor, but I am under a 2-year warranty, so I'm going to contact them and get it sorted. Aside from that, everything is all good. I would rate it five stars.

I am enjoying the Vauxhall Astra. After a week or so I did notice one of the wheels were damaged but got replaced. Other then that, everything else is perfect and the communication was great.

Good overall

I’ve got the Honda Civic from Concept Car Credit online. The whole process was good, including the delivery. I financed the car and the finance process was alright.

I had a good experience at Concept Car Credit, and the collection process was good. I dealt with a guy called Gary, he was helpful. The finance process was good and it was all sorted within a couple of hours.

The Concept dealership was pretty standard, business as usual and the whole buying process was pretty quick. There was a recall on the Optima for a long time and we’ve not been told about it. The MOT certificate provided with the sale was dated for April but it was not the most recent MOT, the most recent one was November which will be due after the warranty runs out. Other than that, the salespeople at the dealership were nice enough and made it a good experience overall.

Overall, the experience was brilliant. I don’t remember who I dealt with, apologies, I believe it was Kyle, he went out his way to help me out, especially with the credit. He basically gave me faith and found the exact kind of car I wanted, the KIA Sportage. The car has a couple of small issues with one of the doors, the rear heated seats, one of the seatbelt buckles that’s stuck and some sluggishness when starting that I need to get in touch with the dealership about but I haven’t gotten around to doing it. I could tell he was working really hard behind the scenes to get everything setup and sorted for me. The whole process only took a couple of days, the car was delivered to me literally within a few days of when I was accepted. I am really grateful for the support from him and I feel bad for not actually remembering his name.

The whole process of buying the car was quite nice and easy. We've had to change the light bulbs numerous times, the car rolls back and it jerks when setting off. I’m currently waiting from someone from the dealership to get back in touch with me. I’ve dealt with two people from sales, Sam and a man’s name I can’t remember, they were both nice and made getting the car nice and easy as well.

Customer Service was next to none. I loved the personal attention I received on a 1-1 level, all my concerns were dealt with honest clear answers, I'll definitely recommend to friends and family,
