I went to Wheelers as they are local and I trust them a lot more when local and using the warranty. I’m calling the service department because i've got trouble with the drivers side window but everything else other than that has been perfect. Ive used them before and my family have used them before so l know I’m not gonna have too many problems and they’ll sort it out. The sales guys Tom was good, he was very easy to talk to about things, didn’t try to sell me a van he just let me take the van out for a spin.

I was after a Mini and went past Wheelers. There were a couple of different Minis there so I stopped and had a chat. Harry was excellent. very professional and pushed it through quickly for me as I didn’t have a car. It was very easy, I would recommend.

Tommy was great and the Navara was well prepped and the final handover was very efficient. However, the communication between paying the initial deposit and getting a confirmed date for when the truck would actually be ready was lacking. Being left in the dark without a clear timeline caused unnecessary logistical stress, which brings the score down to a solid 4. The team did an excellent job prepping the Navara and handling the final handover. I hope the constructive feedback regarding communication timelines helps tighten up the process for future buyers. I do a lot of mileage a year so was looking for a van with low mileage and noticed Wheelers had one that looked like new. It was the right van at the right time for me. I was kept informed throughout and the van was prepared properly. When I picked it up it was clean, it had a service and new pads put on the back. Wheelers were very easy to deal with, no dramas, it wasn’t pushy. I found Tom very helpful, straightforward and explained everything.
