Absolutely perfect vehicle and perfect service from Tom. I called up he sorted me out quickly, no problems. Made sure then van was nice and cleaned for me which was appricated. He was friendly, he was helpful, couldn't fault him at all.

I did have a defect on the Ford Ranger, which wasn't Ideal but in all fairness to Wheelers they got me in and got it sorted for me quickly. I do think they should offer courtesy cars to customers, as we were left without one while the issue got sorted. The initial buying process was fine the guys were nice enough so I'd give a 4/5.

Where do I start. One of my colleagues had actually purchased from here and he said although it is a little pricier he had confidence and trust buying from here. And after my experience I can say the same. A trustworthy and customer caring dealership. I went to view the car with all my family, ben was knowledgeable and let us all get in the car to see how we would be in a real life scenario. When we did come to pick it up a few days later it was spotlessly cleaned like new, which showed a good level of service which I was pleased with. The only thing I would say is that they are a busy dealership. However they had a fridge with drinks in, biscuits out etc, it was accustomed to people waiting and families. A few days after having the vehicle, we where driving on the motorway and my young daughter actually opened the door, it was very worrying and happened twice, I emailed into wheelers as I thought there was a central locking issue. First thing in the morning, the staff called me back, and explained how the child lock on the car works, talked me through it all and got it sorted. I couldn't recommend Wheelers any higher!

The guys who I dealt with at the dealership were great, very keen and on the ball. I purchased 2 cars on the same day from wheelers! I got a Ford Ranger and a Mitsubishi. There was a few parts missing from the ranger which the guys made me aware of before purchase and said they would send them out to me. I am still waiting for them. The Mitsubishi radio doesn't work which I did message about but yet to hear back. Other than those minor issues both the vehicles drive fine, had no other problems. I would defiantly still return to them.

Tommy was really helpful throughout and made the process very straightforward. The vehicle checks, servicing and extended warranties also game me real peace of mind.

Very satisfied with service and communication would recommend to anyone.

Good service. Relatively smooth process. Slow delivery of vehicle and still no sign of the V5 after 6 weeks.
