For my first time getting car financing, I think everything went as expected. Joe looked after me because he knew that I hadn't used Concept Car Credit before, so he really took his time to explain the process. I was happy with everything he was telling me, and I was pleased to see that the car was as described when I collected it. I've already recommended Joe to my dad and he is in the process of getting a car.

It was well worth the trip from Scunthorpe to Manchester because me and my partner are really happy with our Citroen C3. We were set on getting the car in white, and the team made sure to make this happen!
