When I started looking for my Seat Leon, I went to a dealership in Manchester. From the second I arrived, I could tell it wasn't for me, it was like a back alley dealer so I decided to scrap that idea and start looking for a more reputable dealer. I went back to searching on Autotrader based on the car I wanted and that is when I stumbled across Phantom. After my bad experience though, I wanted to do my research first so I had a look at their website and their reviews and it all seemed really positive. They were accommodating even before I arrived. I had set off before I even thought to ring them and even though they were busy they were still more than happy to fit me in to have a look. From the second I walked in the service was great, right from the off there were people at the door waiting to welcome me in which just really sets the tone. They very much lived up to their positive reputation and I am more than happy with how they looked after me. Chelsea was brilliant from the get go, she was the one I had spoken to on the phone and then when I arrived she got me everything I needed and was just really helpful. The only issue I had was a slight delay with the finance going through but that was out of their control really. Since I got the Seat Leon home I have been out in it constantly. It is just so nice to be back on the road and it drives really nice.

My Audi A4 Avant is brilliant as a work vehicle. It is great for all my needs and the journeys I do in it for work. The guys at Phantom Motor Company were really good and got me everything I needed. I am happy with everything overall.

It is the first time I have had a car delivered and done it all over the internet and it was so strange. I am used to going and seeing the car in all it's glory before making a decision but they helped me feel comfortable still. Even remotely, Chelsea was great and put my mind at ease answering all my questions and reassuring me that everything was as it should be. It was delivered on time and everything but I think I just miss the in person experience too much to do it online again. It is really nice of them though that they call after a while to check in on how it is all going!

Our Mercedes GLE is lovely. It is running well and there have been no issues with it at all. Everything went fine on the day too and we just got that 5 star treatment that we have grown to expect when buying a car.

My partner and I share our cars but she didn't like my Golf and said it was just a fuel guzzler so she wouldn't really drive it. I decided that maybe it was time to swap it for something she might like in the hopes she would feel more comfortable driving it. We settled on the Audi SQ5 and she seems much happier with this one, although she still doesn't go out in it too much. Kevin was brilliant when we were buying the car, he just got me everything I wanted and made sure everything was done right. They are all really nice and friendly though and we just got sorted straight away, no messing. Kevin even sorted out putting some extra fuel in it for me. They wouldn't let me have a play in the nice McLaren though that they have inside. Although, the Mrs definitely wouldn't let me have one of them so I will have to settle for the Audi 😂

I love my Land Rover Velar! It does have a bit of paintwork that I would like touching up but my partner has spoken to Phantom Motor Company about this and they have just said to bring it down whenever is convenient for me which is nice of them. Typically, I have been super busy and haven't had chance with it being GCSE time, as a teacher I barely have time to breathe. I will get it to them once we get past these tough few weeks though and I am sure they will sort it all for me. They have just been really lovely whenever we speak to them. They were very accommodating too working around me and giving me a fast turnaround as I needed it quickly. I am really happy with the way they have communicated with me too. Kevin is very very good. He even went the extra mile and helped me connect my phone which he didn't have to do but he saw me worrying about it as I aren't very technical with cars and he just helped me no questions asked.

Kevin was brilliant! When we bought out Maserati Levante he was really laidback and there were no hard sales techniques. We have had a few issues with the car but Phantom have helped get these all sorted. Overall, it has been a brilliant experience and we have been really well looked after.

The guys at Phantom Motor Company are so nice and friendly. I bought a Honda CRV from them and they were just brilliant. The customer service there is really good and the guys are just very nice and made it an enjoyable experience.

Ben was really good and looked after me the whole time I was at Phantom Motor Company. My BMW 218i is lovely too, it is going in to BMW for some reprogramming but it is all covered under the warranty so I am glad I took that out too.

I kept spotting Phantom Motor Company on Autotrader when I was looking for my next car. They seemed to be becoming more and more popular every time I searched on Autotrader so I thought maybe I should give them a closer look. Their reviews all looked positive so I thought why not give them a try. When I went to look at my Land Rover Discovery Sport they gave that fine quality service from start to finish. It was just great all the way through, they weren't pushy or hiding anything it was all just a case of, it is what it is, no issues at all. The car has been banging since I took it away 👌
