Nice smooth car buying process at Prestige Cars Kent and I would say I definately got five star service. It was perhaps a little bit slow at times but I would put that down to how busy they were and everyone was extremely pleasant and working hard.

I am mostly getting out in my Discovery on the weekends and when I am out in it, its absolutely lovely to drive! Mosiah was fantastic to deal with and I can't say I encountered a single issue.

Let me start by saying I am really happy with my Q7, its a lovely car. I have however found an issue with the car, I got in touch straight away and so far they have taken really good care of me, they have got the car booked in and are more than happy to get this looked into for me. The customer service has been great throughout!

So far so good. There was a stain that came back on the dashboard and has all be rectified via a car detailer booked through Prestige with no hesitation. Very happy with the service provided. On hand over everything was explained to me clearly re. servicing, warranty and payment dates. Overall I'd say 5 especially because of the problem that was shared and rectified. I would recommend!

It was a pleasure dealing with Mosiah down at Prestige Cars Kent, he is brilliant at what he does. I bought a new model 3 Series so I have gotten used to it nice and quickly it just has more mod cons that my last one. I have already put a fair few miles on it and it running very nicely!
