5 amazing staff great service love the car.

The Skoda Kodiaq has not missed a beat other than the wing mirrors and the boot not working as they should, that has now been resolved. Good guys at Andrew James, good service all round and fair, and I've already recommended them to a friend.

The Porsche Macan has been okay since purchase, the brake pads need to be changed, but other than that, all good, and the experience was good as well. 4 out of 5

We initially had some problems with the Citroën C3. The dealership took it back and resolved the issues, they were helpful throughout the process, including on the day, and I'm impressed overall.

I recently bought a Series M140i which firstly when I saw it first time didn’t convince me 100% but looking at the reviews I decided to give it a go. I was advised by James that the car was not prepared and had some new things to be added and to be done so I decided to trust them and expect the best and I was not wrong what an amazing job they’ve done ✔️. Car looks impeccable and drives amazing. Can’t be more happy. James 10/10 answering my endless questions and very reassuring. (They did the black rims as my request and added CarPlay for free 👀)

The day i went to do the viewing and the day i went to collect the BMW i dealt with 2 different people whose name i cant remember, but they were both extremely helpful, so whoever they were great.

I did a Google search for used cars in Rochester when Andrew James Cars came up. When I attended on site and told the salesman I wanted to test drive this car I had been looking at online, he gave me the keys and said, 'If there are any others you want to drive, just let me know.' I decided to go ahead with the purchase of the Citroën C3 after the test drive. They dealt with me promptly and smoothly, they said, 'Come back in a few days, and the car will be ready for you.' Since the purchase, so far so good. 5 out of 5.

From the very start the salesmen were very straight up. I told them what I wanted and they got it sorted. It was a quick turn around to be honest. I have had the C4 for a little while now and it's all good, I don't drive it much as I use a van for work but from what I have drove of it at weekend's its been great.
