Me and my daughter have bought from Birchwood Motor Centre before and will be going back in the future. They’re really good, so helpful, not just the sale but the after care too! I dealt with Jamie last time and went straight back to him, he’s amazing! The whole process is just easy and straight forward, they don’t keep you waiting and call back when they say they will. Whenever anyone tells me they need a car I always tell them to go to Birchwood!

The Range Rover is absolutely marvellous! I’ve bought my last 14 cars from BMC and feel more like family to them than a customer. Their professionalism and how they treat you like a real person is unbelievable. The cars are quality and they go above and beyond to sort out whatever you need! If I had to stand up and give a speech on Jamie & Dean I’d be up there for hours. All the guys there are great, there isn’t a bad word I can say about them!

Everything’s going well with the MG, I’m enjoying driving it! I’d bought a car from BMC previously and had Dean’s number saved so sent him a message. He went over and above for me, any questions he had the answers straight away, sorted everything out for the test drive and with both my vehicles he had them clean and ready for me. I’ve already recommended them and my cousin has just bought his first car from them!

I was driving past BMC and we saw a car that we liked, the mileage and price was right and it had a small engine which with everything going on with fuel prices made sense. I did have a warning about the injectors come up on the dash when it was cold so if that happens again in a week or two, I will give them a call. When we went down to the dealership we dealt with Luke, he had a friendly demeanour, didn’t hassle us and was very supportive, let us test drive the vehicle without pushing and had all the answers to our questions. We were also impressed with the aftercare, when we had concerns about the tyres and brakes he sorted that out before the purchase!

Sheer luck took me to BMC, we had gone to see a car next door but when we got there it wasn’t available anymore, so we had a look round and found this one which was perfect. I have had an issue with the winger mirror adjustment button, so I’m going to them a call on that. Luke the salesman was just brilliant! He wasn’t intrusive but on hand to answer any questions, or for anything we wanted. He gave us free rein to look around, gave us the keys for anything we wanted. Also helped us with all the paperwork and took the car for a clean and tidy up, it just made the experience very nice and personal.

Getting on absolutely fine with the Berlingo. The only thing is I think the front brake pads were done for the MOT but when I’m driving slowly there’s a bit of a squeak so I’m going to get that looked at. But apart from that its all been good, BMC had the van in the spec I wanted, when I went down to them Dean was ten out of ten, he was perfect good as gold!

The Ford Focus from Birchwood is brilliant, its really nice and I’ve not had any issues. I know they are reputable and I was speaking to a few dealers, but Birchwood were by far the most helpful! The entire process was quick and seamless, I can’t knock them.
