It was ok on the day. Jamie was the salesperson and he did very well. Everything in general was normal. Quick process, I would return in the future.

The dealership was lovely, no problems at all. The staff were friendly helpful and there’s plenty of choice of cars to chose. I would recommend Birchwood Motor Centre.

Really nice experience, Jamie was lovely, very polite, courteous, didn’t push and gave me the info I needed and actually looked for a suitable car for me to suit my budget. I have an intermittent problem with the wipers that I need checking out but I would return in the future.

I was specifically looking for and Audi and Birchwood Motor Centre had the car I was after. I had a good experience, Jamie was a lovely man. I would use them again. It was a pretty quick process and I was very pleased to drive away.

My experience was fine at Birchwood Motor Centre. No problems with the van l bought. They returned calls my calls, it went smooth. I had the van delivered and they were helpful when the vehicle turned up. The condition was like new and communication was good.

Saw the car online and liked it. Communication was good. I called and the sales person sent me a text and l let them know when I could be there. it was ready for me to see. Dean was very nice, he had good conversation and kept me updated me on the finance. They did an MOT and a few other bits so had to go back a week later to collect.
