I'd give Blackstone Motors five out of five. Salvador has been especially helpful and very patient. I have had an issue with the suspension, which they are currently sorting for me. When I bought the car, everyone was very helpful, and the service was good from the start. I've had a BMW 740Li before, so I know what the car should be like, and overall I've been happy with my experience with the dealership.

The team at Blackstone Motors answered all my questions and took me for a test drive. They were quick and efficient. they tried there best on the handover although i think there was some confusion as they were very busty and rushed off there feet. The BMW has been fine so far.

I was specifically looking for a Volvo, and the one I purchased has been behaving itself. Can't remember the salesman's name, although he was very good and answered all of my questions. There has been a minor issue with the Volvo Call system, which turned out to appear to be a battery for the system. I was advised to take it to a Volvo dealer to have it looked at, and Blackstone Motors said they would pay for the repair. which I appreciated
