The sales process was really smooth and the customer service excellent it's just there was no service book so I only saw the print outs of what servicing the car had, had when I bought it, was disappointed to see that the first owner looked to have taken good care of the car then the second owner didn't service the car in 5 years, the meteorology said they'd serviced it but actually it was only oil change and plugs which left me not feeling reassured I'd got a good car for my sons first car and it wasn't a brilliant deal I paid good money. The car has been fine as I said you just learn to maybe ask more questions. Thanks

I found Motorology whilst looking around for a cheap runaround and came across the Toyota Aygo on Gumtree. There were few issues that I have resolved, although as it was a 20 year old car, I was expecting there to be. The vehicle didn’t come with a V5. I was aware the tax was running out and had to send off a V62 form, so I haven’t driven it much. There were a couple of days' tax left when I bought it, so when I have driven it, it has been good. I dealt with 2 lads whose names I can't remember, but they were absolutely sound, took me for a test drive and gave me time to look around the car, so only because of the V62 situation I'd give it 4 stars.

No pressure, friendly salesman who was your traditional salesman, we had issues that have now been resolved, so they were helpful in doing that, and if someone was local and Motorology had the right vehicle, I would not advise against anyone buying from there.

Since purchase, everything seemed to be running fine. They did mention when I bought it there was a thermostat issue which, overall, the last 2 weeks has started causing an issue, but they were open and honest about it on the day and responded quickly and took me for a test drive, so due to the issue it would be a 4, it would of been a 5 otherwise.

My new Fiat 500 is a lovely little car. She's fun to drive and economic, and I can even get the grandkids in it. I've had to get one of the tyres fixed and am investigating a bit of damp in the boot. I previously had an Alfa Romeo which was costing me too much, so I needed a new one. The guys at the dealership were great fun to get along with, they had a laugh as well. They had some really high end cars that were all looked after with low mileage.
