The car purchase was easy and customer service was amazing. Noticed scratches in bumper straight after purchase (after car was washed) and these were fixed in couple of days free of charge. Busy place, lots of people coming to look or purchase car.

The Peugeot 2008 seems alright to me. As I expected, it's very low-powered compared to the cars I had before. They have done what they said they would, the wet belt has been replaced. We were driving past and decided to stop by to have a look at the various cars. It wasn’t the car I was originally intending to buy. They suggested it because of my arthritis and a couple of other things, they said a small SUV seemed to fit my bill.

We bought the VW Polo for our son, and he's been really happy with it. We were looking for a car for him and used an online search engine and put in what we were looking for and found it and Ponko came up. We had a quick look at the reviews, and people had said some really good things about them, so we decided to give it a go. Overall, Adam and Ponko were very good, I can't fault them at all! Adam was really good, he wasn’t pushy or anything like that. He just gave you the information and didn’t make you feel like you had to make the decision right away. They were really warm, friendly and felt like a family-run business.

The MG ZS was for my daughter, who was looking for something automatic and within the price range, the MG hit all the spots. We couldn’t really complain about anything with Ponko, it was a very positive experience without any negatives at all.
