All's good with my Tesla from Prestige Cars Kent. I had an issue at the start (nothing major), but I didn't realise you can’t transfer ownership of a Tesla without a V5. I had to wait two weeks for it and use the car in valet mode in the meantime, but this was all resolved in the end and I found both Jack and Izzy to be polite.

We have brought from here before so decided to go back as I wanted a new Macan. Everyone is always very welcoming and easy. Its nice going up the road to the lovely pub for something to eat too!

Prestige Cars Kent had a good deal for my Kia Sportage, the experience was good really quick and good service. I am still waiting for my V5 but other than that the person I dealt with was very friendly and they knew what they were doing, I have already recommended them to my friends.

I bought the car quickly as I was in London. I came for it the next day. You prepped the car whilst I waited. There was a dent in the door that the team couldn't get out. I had to drive the car home north. Izzy said I should get it sorted up north and you'd cover the cost. I did. Emailed you. And your customer care team credited me 48 hours later. This is excellent. These things happen. But customers don't trust garages to sort things out honestly and fairly. You guys did. Thank you.

All good with the BWM I got from Prestige Cars Kent, it just took a bit of time to clear the outstanding on my other car I traded in, that’s the only issue I had with them. I can’t remember the name of the guy I dealt with but he was sound. I’d definitely use them again.

I saw a car I liked from Prestige Cars Kent but by the time I got round to going and seeing the car it had gone. Luckily they had another one I liked which I ended up buying. It's a lovely car!

Overall it was a good experience, everyone was lovely and cool. There was a few things I wanted doing to the car which they said they would do, the only reason I mark them down a little bit is because there was a bit of confusion in the middle which meant we were left waiting a bit. Other than that the car is going well and I have already recommended them to other people.

I recently brought a Lexus from Prestige Cars Kent and it's all good. It was an easy process, although I did have an issue with the fuel cap not opening, they sorted this quickly for me and covered all the costs.
