First time using a dealership where I just walked in and bought a car and it was a pretty good experience. I do need to call service center to get some repairs sorted which they have agreed to but overall we love the car. We did get looked after absolutely well so no complaints. I dealt with Billy who was really helpful, Fraser and Keely did the handover and she was great aswell.

I’m enjoying my new car. On the day, no complaints. James was the sales person, he was a really nice guy. I would have preferred abit quicker turnaround and a process checklist hence the score but it was all done over two days, more or less what I expected.

I went to Prestige Cars as they had the car I liked and I was looking for a specific car. Its lovely, I like the spec and size of the car. It wasn’t valeted when I went to collect and it wasn’t on site. Also, was told it was in pristine condition but there were a few bits wrong with it. The staff were good.

Going very well with the Range Rover I’ve bought. I have been there before and went back doe to their service. They gave me advice on trading in etc, very helpful. I found them very honest, upfront and have a great range of decent motors. Connor was very helpful but the whole team were amazing.

Ive had a Ranger before and this one is a plug in hybrid and it’s a massive improvement on the diesel version. Much more refined vehicle. I went to Prestige Cars Kent and there wasn’t any VAT on the car. I traded my other vehicle in but there was a slight misunderstanding with the valuation. The condition of the Ranger was spot on, it was a good price and happy with the deal. My experience on the day was fine, staff were very good. No complaints at all. Original owner had ket the charging cable and the keys to the window on the truck top but we received both of them in the post from the dealership, we were relieved they got it sorted. The dealers set up is very impressive, modern, clean premises and offered coffee when we got there after a long journey. Both Sam & Connor were great.

Everything’s ok with the Audi but there were some issues on the day. There was a box of docs in the car that goes with the car but on collection they weren’t there. I needed proof of check & service they did but I haven’t got it so had to go get Audi service. I couldn’t pick the car up straight away so had to drive back home some distance and they said they would valet it and put in full tank of fuel and but they didn’t do that. I asked for a cold start to check the car and ended up with a video of the sales person starting the car but he didn’t bring it to the forecourt. I spoke to management to resolve things and the end bit is better than the beginning bit. I wanted the car as it had low milage and id driven some distance to get it. End of day there were a decent company.

My Audi Q8’s a lovely car. I was searching on Autotrader and they have a good selection of car and they do high end cars aswell. I had a test drive over the weekend but it was a bit manic. The lad dealing with me was missing out some details on the day but no issues with the him, he was a good lad. I wanted a few scratches buffed out but weren’t done on collection but I wanted the car so took it and I’m happy with it. They were professional.

Selling hundreds of cars a year, usually with a Service Pack, has driven demand to provide car servicing. Whilst we have delivered this for a little while now, in early 2020 we were delighted to open our dedicated car Service Centre, just down the road in Orpington. With 13 service ramps, manned by main-dealer trained technicians using the latest equipment, our aim is to provide better service than a prestige main dealer at a considerably lower cost.
