I was recommended V12 from friends and saw the car online so I went to see it. The process was quick, I would use them again.

So far the car has been great. I've purchased from them before, their prices are reasonably good compared to other dealerships. When we made the reservation to see the car, there wasn’t an update about extra fees. Four star rating because when we got there they said there is a compulsory £150 fee that they charged to prep something for the car but I requested to cancel it, other than that it was great. Giovani was friendly, wasn’t too stressful. Good process overall. I would use again as I’ve had no issues or problems with their cars.

I went to V12 Sports and classic because they had a few I liked. I saw several of their dual motor Polestar online on various different sites. I had an issue with one of the key fobs which wasn’t working at the time of purchase but I will speak to the dealer about that. To get five stars they need to make sure their cars are fully kitted out with no minor issues. However, I found them quite welcoming in the showroom, I’m quite happy. I would probably use them again.

Car is great. I’ve had a few issues with the charger pod but that’s all sorted now. I chose V12 as I've had a couple of cars off them previously. Service is really good, they don’t bother you and don’t chase you round the car lot. Liam is a brilliant guy. He talked me through the process of what the cars are about. He got the car brought up from the other branch so I can test drive which I was really pleased with. They are polite, very knowledgeable, offered tea and coffee, updated me through the process.

Gio and the team were accommodating and informative throughout. The process of purchasing the Citroen C3 felt straightforward, and I appreciated the comfortable experience. I got the warranty and there was a squeak with the brakes. They got it checked out and replaced the pads and brake discs. Five stars for presales and after sales.

As fuel prices have gone through the roof, this is our first electric car. I've had numerous cars from V12 Sports and Classics. It was an easy process, we know the staff so they let us get on with it. Edward explained everything, he had good knowledge and he was patient whilst I got my finance set up. I kept him updated, he was brilliant. I cant praise him enough. Also the site manager helped me through the deposit stage. On collection it was a smooth process with a trade in, handed my keys over and went

My experience at V12 was good. I saw them on google and my friend has already bought a car from them so I went there. I would have liked a service done on the car but the staff were very good. Kuljit was the salesman and he gave all the details in a very brief polite way, I really liked that. My family will be using them in the future.

I enquired online about a Ford Focus and received a quick response from Joshua Thomas, who was very helpful and informative. The dealership made the credit application process straightforward and reserved the car for me. They were flexible with appointment times, which I appreciated after travelling four hours to visit. I’m really happy with my new car. Their prices are really good, we will recommend the garage to others, thank you.
