We'd been viewing a car at a neighbouring dealership which didn't go so well, so decided to pop into BFC Group which was just across the road to take a look around. We were looking for an automatic 4WD and they had an impressive stock selection on the forecourt. I can't recall the salesman's name, but suggested a VW Tiguan after listening to our requirements. It's not something we'd considered but it looked pretty smart and was priced right so we decided to proceed. As it was a spur of the moment thing I didn't have chance to scrutinise as I usually would, so I just trusted my gut. Really glad I did as everything's been excellent so far and we can't sing their praises enough .

I must admit I was sad to see my old Mitsubishi 4x4 go - the bodywork had perished beyond repair unfortunately, but we've been pleasantly surprised with how good our new Skoda Fabia is. We didn't realise just how much of a difference having power steering would make - Good gosh it's so much lighter I have to be careful not to over-steer. It's also far more economical on fuel and must cheaper in regards to road tax etc. The dealership couldn't do enough for us and even went out of their way to put four new tyres on the car before we collected it. Overall we're quite pleased and would like to thank to chaps at the dealership for their assistance throughout.

I've had always had a really positive experience with BFC. Recently I took my new Kia to Weymouth for a holiday and it handled the trip perfectly. Compared to my previous Ford Fiesta Eco, it's a bit thirstier, but that's understandable and of course can't be helped. This is now my second car from BFC, and my wife has also had two cars from here in the past. We've never had any issues with the cars, which is why we keep coming back. The dealership has always been helpful and reliable, making it a no brainer to come back. Once you find a great dealership like BFC, you won't want to go anywhere else, which is certainly the case for me and my wife.
