When I bought a car from another dealership not too long ago it took a whole day to get everything done, but when I bought my BMW from Cartime I was driving away within 2 hours, which I was really impressed with. Paul did a great job helping me. There is a little issue with the seatbelt but I'm not to bothered as long as its not mechanical. Super happy 😊

I had been looking for this kind of car for a little while and ended up finding one at Cartime, which was advertised on Autotrader. The description of the car gave me a good idea of its condition. When I arrived at the dealership, Aaron was helping me, he was great answered all my questions clearly, and made sure the car was well cleaned and ready on time when I collected it, since then I have been have been loving my BMW. I would happily use Cartime again in the future.

This was my first time using Cartime to buy a car, and overall the sales process and the car itself have been great. What let it down for me was the service and aftercare when issues arose. I found it quite difficult to get hold of that department. In the end, I went through the sales phone number, and they transferred me through. Once I got through, they were helpful in getting the issues sorted for me, one has already been fixed, and I have one outstanding issue currently under review, which I’m hopeful will be sorted soon.

The car has been fine so far, the experience was really good. I'd definitely consider going back there in the future.

We recently bought a car from here and we are so happy with it and its excellent condition. We had a relatively smooth process of buying the car and never felt forced or pressured into buying anything. Paul was very knowledgable and we would have no problems in recommending here to others!

I would give Cartime an overall rating of 4, only because I am having an issue with my boot. It keeps sticking and not opening properly, which is just something I am keeping an eye on for now. The service at the dealership was all really good. It was quick, which I liked because I do not want to be waiting around for hours doing paperwork. The staff were very efficient in making sure everything was done in good time. I would definitely go back again.

I'm very happy with the car. I had a bit of trouble with the engine light coming on - I contacted Cartime and they said to get a diagnostic done and they'd pay for it. I was surprised how quickly they paid it back into my bank account to be honest. Abeed I dealt with was absolutely brilliant, and the service department deserves credit for how they dealt with me. 5 stars without a doubt and I'll be going back there in the future.

Everything was great. I do need to contact them regarding the warranty though as I haven't had the paperwork for it yet. I'd 100% go back there to buy again.
