My new Lotus Eletre has been brilliant, it is a lovely motor, and the guys at Essex Prestige were golden, and the Lotus was all valeted and clean when I went to collect it.

All in all the Ford Ranger has been good. The service was good, the only thing was I haven't received the service history and had to fix the roller shutter on the back, which I have done, so it would be a 4-star.

This is my 3rd car from Essex Prestige, and they have been excellent every time, and I would not go anywhere else. Dylan is a superstar, I would give it 6 out of 5! I even recommended the dealership to my friend who went and bought a Tesla the day after me.
