The car has been completely fine, and the service provided by Junction 17 was great. I live two hours away, and the communication was good, I was told everything I needed to know.

I came across Junction 17 Cars when I was looking for a specific car, which I found at the Grantham branch. It was exactly what I was looking for. The salesman took me through all the features, and I liked how there were no pushy sales tactics or pressure. It was a good experience overall. The only issue was that on the day of collection, I did have to wait a while as they were not expecting me.

I had a good experience with them. A light has come on after a couple of days saying the engine oil needs changing though. My partner phoned them and we're waiting on them to get back to us. The sales people were good though and they looked after us.

Yeah I had a good experience. The car had some hiccups and took a little bit of time to get ready, but that wasn't their fault. The area manager Ian was nice enough, he kept me updated all the way through and it was probably the best finance purchase I've made so far. It was the first time I went there and it was a big drive away, but it was worth it. I'm really happy with the car I can't fault it. They didn't try to force anything on me in terms of the extras either which was good.
