Great car. Great company, but a couple of things needed attention and I had to chase these things up rather than being kept upto date. Overall good experience but could have been just a little better. I would most definitely purchase from motortrust again. The car is fantastic and was made to feel welcomed with no pressure to buy. The couple of things that needed putting right we're done with good grace, just that I had to chase them up a few times to find out staff we're on days off rather than being notified before there annual leave, hence a score of 4. Has to be perfect service for a 5, but a solid 4 non the less. Have recommended motor trust to friends and colleagues.

I dealt with Tom at the beginning, he was fine to deal with however the car I got had some faults, so I ended up replacing it. When I did this I dealt with Karl, he was great, very understanding, didn't cause any issues and made sure I was happy with the vehicle I got. I am currently giving this one a good test, driving it down to london and everything seems to be running great, so I am pleased. I would rate everything overall a 4 just as I did have to swap the vehicle but the service and understanding from MotorTrust has been nothing but great.

Adam at Motor Trust was sound, he helped us out during the purchasing of the VW Tiguan. Since the purchase, the car has been driving well. and would definitely consider using them again in the future if I were to buy another car.

Recently bought a Honda Jazz from MotorTrust back in October. It has been running well. Ben, who helped us throughout the process, was friendly enough and took us through the paperwork, which was all straightforward. Can't complain. 5

We dealt with Thomas on the day he was grand, everything has been okay with the car since the purchase.

Already done some miles in the car, all is okay. Adam was great, and when we first bought the car there was some rattling noise, so I contacted them, and they got it sorted and paid for it. So they made good of it in the end. Would give it 4 only because I would have rather not had the issue in the first place.

I'm amazed at the level of customer service given. My car was a lower end purchase at under 5k, but Andy was supportive and helpful during the purchase and on pickup. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. We were treated with respect and helped 9n our way. I'd travel down from Scotland again just to experience this companies values and environment. Wish we could have spent more time but maybe in the new year we might pop down just to wander around. Please tell Andy thank you and I will send a xmas card.

The car has been running well other than initially I had to take the car back, as there were some scratches that were agreed to be repaired, and one was missed, so I took the car back. On the way, a lorry kicked up a stone and cracked the windscreen. I know these things happen, things can get missed, but I have had to pay to get it replaced, so it was just the inconvenience.

Top marks for these guys, did what they said they would and I'm satisfied with how everything went. Can't fault anyone there and my Tesla is fantastic. Would definitely mention MotorTrust UK to others
