Everything seems be all good with the Ford Ranger, my daughters got horses and my Audi wouldn't pull the horsebox, it’s good for towing which is what we bought it for. The only real issues I had was that the mileage, it was advertised with 80 odd thou but when I got it, the mileage was 10,000 more, I did find the communication wasn't great, I was told it was ready for collection but when I went down, they said it wouldn't be ready until he next day. Honestly though it wasn't a bad process it was just the odd glitch, I'd still give them a 4.

The salesman I dealt with was great and the buying process and trade in was smooth enough. My only issue was a problem that came up the day after purchase, I had to bring the car back the following week to be looked at and then what with Christmas and the fact that they only have an auto electrician on site once a week, this meant I had 4 weeks without a functioning heater in my car. Then on the day I returned for the heater to be fixed which was an hour job, I was waiting for over 2.5 hours.

To be honest I can’t be happier - the Tiguan I bought is all good, seems to be running perfectly. My old Mazda had its day and wasn’t cutting the mustard anymore. This was a upgrade over what I had before as I also needed a family car, saw this one was a good deal and Ben was really nice about it, he talked me through it all and couldn’t of done a better job. I just drove down and picked up and went back in a nice shiny Tiguan, the whole thing was just super easy!!

Aiden was a great guy and made everything brilliant and I love my car. We were initially looking for my daughter, but when she said she didn’t want a car and I had seen this one and thought it’s meant to be and its mine, in the end my daughter has bought a car from Motortrust too. I'd had my old car for 5 years so it was time to get a newer model & a hybrid so I could run around town in it and Aidan was amazing, he was really nice and couldn’t go wrong. I’m so grateful to him for not selling my old car straight away, I’ve got private plates and thought I'd need to get new ones, but he waited so I could change them over. He was so amazing in another 5 years I'll be giving him a ring...

Everything was absolutely fine, we've had no problems with the car. We went down to Motortrust for this specific car, we were offered a test drive and they showed us all about the car. Communication was great, overall no problems with them at all.

I live in the Isle of Man, and travel to Lancaster for business. I remember seeing motortrust while driving in a taxi once so I looked up large car dealers in Lancaster and of course appeared Motortrust. I needed a quick turnaround as I had to get back to the island and of course they did a quick turnaround for me, it was great. I dealt with Connor, everything went well he was a pleasure to do a deal with. Everything has been great with the Golf I got, had no issues. I was looking for a car because my Volvo got written off one night while parked up. So I needed a car and had a look round a few garages but remembered my friend got one of those Ford trucks from Motor trust, so I popped down for a quick look. They were just about to put the Mercedes into the back and thought it looked quite nice. I want to say Geoff but not sure, was no probs he were very professional with no pressure to buy the car, they didn't force it down my throat like some of them do.
