I first had my heart set on a Toyota Yaris, but after seeing them I soon came to realise I needed something bigger. Warwick Hall Cars, John, in particular was very pleasant to deal with, very kind. He let me try out the cars and spoke to me about them so I could decide on the right car for me. I decided on the Ford Focus, it was lovely and spacious and drove smoothly. Since buying, its been nice getting used to it, I'm happy with the way it drives and its just what I needed. This dealership displayed excellent customer service, not in your face or pushy and very fair. I would be pleased to buy another vehicle from here.

Brilliant dealership.... we bought our new Vauxhall Meriva and its just done a long distance trip to South Wales, it was perfect, very smooth to drive and its lovely and comfortable! Very happy with it and the dealership for all the help when buying it, a very recommendable dealership!

When I first bought my Nissan Note from Warwick Hall Cars there was a few bits that needed tweaking, the air con needed re-gassing and the parcel shelf needed replacing. Within days both minor issues were resolved, now I feel I can enjoy the car to its full potential. Charles was ever so helpful during and after the sale, he never applied any pressure on me, there's nothing worse than walking into a car dealership and the salesman jumping on you, it was nice to break away from that 'sales reputation'. I was given the keys and time to test drive alone. Now I'm used to the car and its size, its fantastic, very nice to drive. I recommend Warwick Hall Cars and I would buy from them again without hesitation.

I would like to thank Warwick Hall Cars for a fantastic car buying experience. This was like no other purchase Ive made, it's not your usual dealership, no hard sell techniques, no pressure and the salesman couldn't have been any more helpful if he tried. I spoke to Charles initially who was extremely helpful, he gave me all the details, history and facts of the car allowing me to make a decision myself. I purchased a Corsa and hands down, its fantastic, its running lovely, there's nothing bad to note at all. I was pretty impressed with how the cars are presented too, everything from the first conversation was brilliant, I will go back for sure and certainly recommend on to other people.

I found it super easy to talk and get on with the guys at this dealership, I think it was John I dealt with and he was so helpful. He held on to the car for longer than planed and he even stayed later on the day I was picking it up to work around me. I arrived and the car was spotless and everything was ready waiting, the documents were good to go and he still took his time to run through everything on the car, even past working hours. The Fiesta is a cracking car, lovely to drive. I wanted a smaller petrol car as I do a lot of driving in cities, so it's serving it's purpose perfectly. I can't give anything less than top marks!

I am very happy with Warwick Hall Cars, they were fantastic when buying our new car but more so because of all the help we have received after the sale. We had a minor issue with the car but the dealer said we could take the car to be repaired and they will pay for the receipt. All this was done and Charles and John were both very very helpful. Although we have had a problem with the car the dealer has made every effort to put this right and quickly too, so I cant fault them, I highly recommend.

The dealer was spot on! I found a Focus online so I called and arranged to view it that day which was a Saturday. I test drove it and absolutely loved the car. The dealer worked very quickly and I picked it up on the Sunday. Absolutely everything was sorted out for me, the paperwork, documents, the car looked amazing the handover was informative and really quick. The Focus is brilliant, very pleasant to drive, the perfect size and suits my needs to a T. Warwick Hall Cars come with my recommendation. I will gladly buy from here again.
