I've had no problems with the Mercedes EQC, it's been running well. I'm enjoying it and would recommend the dealership to others. The guys at Car Time were great, they looked after me, although there were 2 small things I'd say. The car was not valeted, and the engine cover was missing, which I have emailed them about but not received a response to yet. With that being said, I would give my experience five out of five.

I got the Kia Niro from Cartime Bury I saw the car and knew I wanted it, it’s alright, the car wasn’t particularly clean and there is a issue with the windscreen seal which I will go back to resolve, overall the sales experience was good, I didn’t feel pressurized at all.

I saw the T-Cross straight away and then decided that was it. Very impulsive and very happy with it. Staff were good, knowledgeable about everything. Bradley was really nice. He was very friendly, extremely helpful. I was new to finance so he explained how it all worked. Nice environment to be in. Everyone was really friendly, it's lovely there.
