The Mercedes is fine. And the customer service was brilliant, there is currently a sticker on the back which I can’t take off that I need to sort out but other than that it’s been good. I went to go see the car and Kyle I think his name was, was amazing! Five stars he went above and beyond, I was there for a very long time and he was brilliant.

All is fine with the car, I had to sell my old Porsche Cayenne, which was too much money to run, I wanted something a little more economical. Ponko had the car we were looking for and they're local to me being only down the road, so it was nice and handy for me. The customer service was very good, could have as many cups of coffee as you like haha

I'm very happy with the car, it’s all running fine and I'm getting used to it. What happened was I had a Mercedes for about 8 or 9 years, and one day it didn't start I got it diagnosed and found it was going to cost about 3 thousand to fix so I decided to scrap it. Me and my son then went out for a drive, and we knew about the dealership as we had got one from the previous garage that Ponko took over. All the guys were very helpful, and we took it out for a drive. I knew if I ever had a problem or a question, they’d be willing to help. To be quite honest I speak as I find it would be a five.

The ford is all good as far as I'm aware as I got it for my son, The only thing is the window steams up. Ponko was down the road from me and were all friendly. It was good to buy it from a actual dealership with warranty and not just a random person down the street, as it gives a bit more security.

Everything is good with the Mercedes, no problem. I just went onto Autotrader and I liked the car. I went in to see it, was all clean, everything was good, the service and location.

Cars perfect to be fair, we were after that specific one after finding it online we shot down & bought it straight away after a test drive. We'd had a Corsa for about 4 years and we just wanted a change, it was time for an upgrade. Ponko seemed like a big reliable garage we looked at a few others but it’s just a gamble who you get. But Ponko seemed alright, a nice honest company to put your trust in. The whole process was really quick, hassle free, they brought the car straight round after we called, with no nasty surprises. We did have an engine light up pop up but they switched the sensor out next day, you couldn’t have asked for better service! Full marks five stars.

Everything is all good with my beemer I've sent it away to get a new screen fitted, I wanted a bigger one with Apple Car Play haha. It’s my first car, I've just turned 21 and thought why not, I've been looking for a few years. Ponko is nice and handy they’re not that far from home and had exactly what I wanted, it would've been that or nothing for me. Ayman was lovely too, he made the process quite easy and simple. I was in and out in like half an hour, he took me on a test drive which was quite nice too, talked me through everything and showed us everything we asked and more. Overall, a good experience

The service up and on the day was really good but the car broke down on the way home. I emailed the team who had been very responsive and was blanked. I then emailed again the next day saying that I was surprised they hadn't been in touch then still nothing until a woman from the warranty phoned. That was very disappointing

The place, staff were great. Was a little worried about the car and battery as it took a while to start. I believe this should have been checked before we arrived as so ease us. The staff then exchanged out r battery for our pace of mind which we appreciated. Warranty should also be free as we paid an extra £500 for 6 months or more. Overall great customer service and location
