Noemi has definitely left a mark on me, she was one of the best sales consultants I have ever had. I had a few little niggles that she got ironed out straight away she was just amazing. From top to bottom everything was explained clearly, and things I didn't understand she was more than happy to go through with me and get those sorted. The A7 is absolutely amazing, I am looking after her well and she is looking after me!

The I40 is a bit different to what I am used too however it's great. I did tink I had a problem with the clutch as it is a lot lighter than the Insignia, however, I took it to my mechanic and he said everything is in perfect working order. It was Ben that I dealt with and he was cracking, couldn't fault him really. If V12 were happy to part ex this in in a few years time, I'll be back again for another!

I am very happy with my car, it is very good. Dilojan was great, very nice man.

I did have a few problems to begin with however they got it sorted really quickly for me at Ford so I cannot fault them. Very happy with how well it was dealt with.

Thank you very much for the follow up call, that was very appreciated. The car is doing okay, it is very nice. I have got a little issue with one washer but apart from that everything is perfect. I think it was Robson who I dealt with in the end and he got everything sorted and organised for me. I would be happy to recommend to my two sons as I had a great experience. It is nice to have a good contact at a dealership and a guy you can rely on and that guy was Rob for me at the Luton branch.

I must say Michael was brilliant, absolutely 10/10 customer service from him. It was quick, easy and smooth. I would definitely go back to him 100% The BMW has been bang on, couldn't be happier with it.

The BMW 530E is beautiful, absolutely beautiful. It is an absolute pleasure driving the car, it is such a smooth, enjoyable experience. Kuljit was a fantastic sales agent, extremely helpful and knowledgeable and presented the car beautifully. 99.99% of the whole experience was first class, I cannot express my delight enough.
