I saw the MG3 listed by Cartime on the internet, I was looking for them specifically. I’ve had to buy a new phone to fully use the car I android didn’t want to fully connect, needed to apple CarPlay. After buying the car I have noticed the missing jack for the spare wheel, I’ve ended up buying one myself. I part exchanged my Kia Sportage and I’m quite surprised but how much the dealership listed it for afterwords. During the sale I dealt with Azhar and he was fine.

Had my eye on the Cupra Leon for a while and saw Cartime Bury on Autotrader they had what I wanted. They had the car ready for me to drive out on the day it was really good and the communication from the salesman was amazing.

The car has been fine overall, I have had a few issues with it but after some research I realised its a known issue with the Qashqai. My old car broke so I needed something quick and affordable so I chose to go with Cartime. The customer service was perfectly fine and the guy who I dealt with was pleasant.

Very good experience at Cartime. Filippo is a very good salesman, very nice. He’s brilliant and good at his job. He got back to me when he missed my calls and did what he said he was going to do. My daughter will go to them when ready. His attitude gave me confidence, I can't fault him.

Few issues at the start but got them sorted, apart from that its alright. It was my first time with Cartime. We spoke over the phone before I put a deposit down. The fella I spoke to was sound, seemed alright to me. Pretty quick process. Everything looked good. Felt nice to drive away as I’ve been waiting a while for this specific car. Filippo was fantastic. He was really communicative and kept me in the loop and helped with getting the finance through but his work colleagues I dealt with brought the score down. Within a week, I’ve noticed the brake pads need changing and I thought all these things need to be checked beforehand however, I would absolutely recommend them to others.
