Very much a in and out process, there was no messing around or pressure on the sale just all very straightforward, Bradley was really helpful and had clear communication. Pleased with the vehicle, no complaints.

A big thanks to Hassan, he was a really friendly yet professional salesman. He talked me through everything and didn’t put any pressure on the sale or rush the process. It was all very relaxed and straightforward, which made it more enjoyable. The car I went for is doing great and I’m pleased with my choice. It was a little busy at the dealership, however, it has been a five-star experience thanks to Hassan. He is a credit to Cartime.

With my new car everything is fine and I an really enjoying driving it, it's been great so far. . I found them via an online autotrader advert and travelled a long way to visit the dealership, and whilst the service was slow on the day and took a while to be completed, overall everything went okay.

Hassan was brilliant, and the documentation was straightforward. It was an easy process. The only thing stopping me from giving it a 5 star rating is that the dealership is on two sites, so I had to walk across to the other site to complete the finance.

I have been getting on really well with the Mercedes A-Class. I was specifically looking for a Mercedes on Auto Trader. I have done a lot of driving since receiving the car, and I was pleased with the service that was provided.

The customer service at Car Time was good. We had been chasing confirmation that a service was done and had to go back to the dealership to have an issue looked at. They did compensate us with a full tank of petrol, which was very generous, although we have children and it is a long distance to travel to the dealership.

Very efficient dealership, no pushiness very relaxed and quick process, didn't feel like I was left waiting around. I came across cartime on AutoTrader and I am really pleased with the first time experience I have had with them, I will definitely look for another car off them in the future.
