So far so good with my Tesla and my experience with Motortrust Lancaster was mostly alright. The only small niggles were that I didn't get an MOT certificate and I got 2 new tyres when I was told I was getting 4, but the staff-side was fine and everyone was friendly. It would've been five star feedback if it wasn't for those couple of bits.

Karl was absolutely brilliant right from the get go. He talked us through everything from when we first walked in right until we left with the car. We haven't had any problems at all which is always a big bonus, it was nice to just go in have a easy buying process and drive off so thanks Karl.

Saw the car online, found the staff to be quick at responding, it did however take over a week for the car to be prepped and before I could take it home which I think this could be improved. However the car is great had no issues and all in all I would say it was a pretty smooth process.

Up to now everything has been perfect, no issues whatsoever. The salesguy I deal with was very helpful, he had a laid back approach. He was still professional but it didn't feel forced, I could have a laugh with him and still get everything we needed to do done. It was a nice way to buy a car, it took the stress off of it. Would definitely recommend them.

Connor helped me mainly, from the start he made me feel welcome and comfortable. He was knowledgeable, answering all my questions in detail. It was really fantastic service all the way through, so a big thank you to Connor!

We couldn't of dealt with a nicer man when buying my new car from this dealership. Carl was lovely, a true gent - We got the train over to to them and decided to walk from there but unfortauntly got a bit lost, as soon as we told Carl this, he told us to stay put and he will come find us. He ended up helping us buy a smashing Seat, which is perfect. There is no questions about it this was a 5 star experience and would be happy to buy from him again.

Overall experience at MotorTrust was good, I did feel that I had to chase for updates when I was told someone would get in contact with me which was a bit of a let down, however I couldn't fault the rest of the sale and service. I am really pleased with the car I have got, they made sure any issues were sorted which was appreciated. rating a 4 all together.
