After taking the car back to get the tyres looked at, everything is running fine. I would recommend them to friends. they weren't pushy and he went over everything again that I didn't quite understand. I did have to tell them salesman to slow down a bit as he talking a bit fast and he tried his best to do so. Overall the experience was all positive.

Everything was slick and simple when we test drove and picked up our Citroen, the car is for my daughter and we are using it regularly before her test in May, The team made the whole experience was stress free. I all went slick and would return to them in the future. The only little gripe we had was a small issue with the V5 as she had a private plate which she was eager to put on. This has since been resolved and am happy.

The team at Ponko had a very friendly approach, they gave me lots of coffee and there was no pressure. The car is fantastic and exactly what I wanted. My Polo is performing exactly as expected. I would rate a 4 as there a little delay when I first arrived but overall the staff were great, and the salesman was a fantastic guy, because of this I would choose them again.

I would definitely rate my experience with Ponko as a 5/5. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. My car was ready and waiting for me to test drive when I arrived and was exactly as described. There was no pressure to make a quick decision and everything was clearly explained. Since purchase everything has been spot on, I am super happy in my decision of vehicle, I went for a Kia Sportage, it is a great car! The turnaround of getting the car was one day! In that time they made sure everything was cleaned and prepared, there wasn't at any point any pushiness from staff, it was a nice car buying experience. 5 stars.

When I initially purchased I was having a few issues, each time I called up they were quick to answer and get me in to get the car looked at, even from the initial purchase the communication has been great.
