I am really happy with our new Defender, I do a lot of shooting and the car is perfect to have a retrofitted gun locker and for running the cars too and from our shooting sites. Chris and the team were very accommodating and helped out lots. Even had a curtsy call from one of the team after the sale just to see how things are going.

Very.. very pleased with the service, Chelsea in particular is one of the sales persons at Phantom Motor Company. She truly is first class and a credit to the company. I bought a BMW X3 and I have been using it daily ever since, It's not done a great deal of miles however, it sounds really healthy, is smooth to drive and looks stunning. Phantom Motor Company have been really nice to deal with which isn't always the case in used cars sales, 10/10 would deal again.

Really happy with my new Mini Cooper Classic, the colour was the main thing which drew me in, it's a beautiful white/silver colour. It's been running really well, has no cause for concern which I can see and i'm really happy with my choice. Kevin was great too, professional, helpful, welcomed us to the dealership and answered any questions I had.

I am pleased with Chelsea and the service Phantom Motor Company, It's been brilliant start to finish. I was torn between the Bentayga and the Defender they had and settled on the Defender just due to its practicality with the area I live. I'm over the moon with the car and wish I could buy it all over again, it felt customer focused, welcoming and everything you would hope for from a car buying experience.

I handled a lot of the discussions with Phantom Motor Company on behalf of my boss, The team have been wonderful start to finish and my boss has been singing their praises ever since. It would feel unfair to rate Phantom any less than 5 Stars as the entire process has been seamless and felt very professional.

My limited involvement with Phantom Motor Company was as a Guarantor for my business partner. He bought a Porsche Cayenne which he is very happy with so far, He loves driving the car, in fact, he hasn't shut up about it since we bought it. The process was very quick, easy and straightforward, but handle professionally and I can't complain at all about the service. Only way it could have been a 5* would have been with a bit of wiggle room on the price.

We have had a Peugeot 3008 for a good few year but things are a little bit tight with having 3 kids. We wanted something bigger, ideally 7 seats and settled on the Peugeot 5008. It is pretty much he same car except a little bigger and has been perfect so far. Brain was really top too, helpful and attentive. Already recommended Phantom Motor Company and will be back if we want something newer in a few years.

Really happy overall, I can't fault Phantom at all and I am pleasantly surprised. It's always stressful and a little bit daunting buying a used car, regardless who you are. Craig put my mind at ease from the get go, he was great, really professional, polite, offer a great service and reassuring attitude which wasn't pushy or pressured in the slightest. There were a couple issues with the car.. It looks like the previous owner serviced the car himself, the spark plug had been removed, covered in grease and stuck back in which was causing a misfire, there was a wonky cog which the cam belt ran over and I also changed the cam belt while i was at it. I didn't contact the dealership as I live a fair ol distance away but I don't think these are massive issues. Since having these sorted, the car is great, I was in the market for a small, economical run around which would be easier to park and more comfortable generally. It's been perfect and alot better than my 25 year old fiesta I was in before.

Really happy with my X1, I have had similar cars but this is like no other in it's class. It's classy, high performing, looks amazing, turns heads and ticks every box for me. I have driven as far as Southport already and the car handles both the long and short journeys like a dream. Chelsea was really good, can't complain about anything really, start to finish.

This is my first time dealing with Phantom Motor Company, I am really happy with my new Mustang! It was my missus who made the final decision, she really liked the car and I have always been fond too so with it being within out budget it seemed like a no brainier. The car has been great, it's mainly a weekend car and we probably do around 2/300 miles a week on a busy weekend. the only issue we had was initially the wheel bearings were starting to go, we tried to go through the warranty but due to the time it was taking I decided to settle this myself. Craig was great but I think we weren't on the same page with the warranty and I think they could improve by going into more detail about the warranty and what it covers. I move to Canada in 5 years time and hope to have the car for the full duration however, if I do decided to change I would happily ,revisit Craig and the Phantom Motor Company team.
