I will start by saying how lovely all of the team at Blackstone Motors were. They made the process so calming with no pushy sales tactics, and they thought everything through to make it easy. When I was collecting the car, they were washing it and making sure it was all nice for me. I was very impressed with everything.

My BMW 545E has been excellent. The products the company sells are great. When I was enquiring about the car and the buying process, it was brilliant. Since buying the car, I would have hoped for replies to be a bit quicker as I am still waiting for the V5C. I would still give it four stars.
