I spent quite a bit of time looking for the right car and had contacted a number of dealers, but the service I received from Car Time stood out. Mitchell was spot on throughout the whole process. He did exactly what he said he would do, replied to emails, and was always helpful when I had questions. As I was travelling from North Wales, I wanted to be sure the car was as described before making the journey. Mitchell went around the car and sent me plenty of photos of the exterior and interior so I could see everything clearly. When I arrived, the car was exactly as it had been presented.

I saw the Audi A3 on the Cartime Bury website as I was in need of a new car and the mileage and year caught my eye. Their customer service was great.

It's just gone in for a replacement door sensor which they knew about but still waiting on a parcel shelf which the salesman said he would get that ordered, he was very helpful. Cartime are local and we’ve heard some good things about them. The process was fine no problems, well organized.

My experience overall was not too bad and to be honest I’ve never heard of Cartime before as I'm quite far away from Wakefield. It happened that they had the right model of car with the right spec for me at the time. I did take it on a test drive the second time around just because when I initially went down there to give it a test drive it was locked up in prep and no one could manage to find the keys but, I did take another car with similar spec for a test drive so I knew roughly what it would have been like to drive at the time. I just wasn’t sure of there setup because it felt like the salesman wasn’t sure on some of the vehicles sometimes, as well as recently doing a deep clean on the car I found the parcel shelf didn’t seem to be fitted right but that is the only negative, other than that the customer service wasn’t too bad. In terms of actual politeness and professionalism I would say that Sam was polite and professional. 👍

My experience has been fantastic! It was very quick and simple and what stood out to me is that I didn’t feel like I was getting overcharged which is a positive. Duncan was also brilliant, he came in on his day off and just made everything quick and easy.

Bradley at Cartime was dead helpful and made sure that all the paperwork was ready to go which was better for me. It was dead easy and dead quick.

It was my first time using them. My husband spotted the car so went to see it. We got offered a drink and there were facilities, plenty of seating. It was busy in the branch but we got dealt with, staff were helpful and it was a quick process, no problems.
