I don't remember the name of the salesperson I dealt with but he was nice, polite and helpful. Overall I don't think my experience could have been any better, I can't fault it! I am very happy with the BMW 4 Series, it's a fantastic car.

Our experience was pretty good. We initially went to view a different car didn’t end up getting it, the wife liked the look of the Peugeot e-2008 and the price was good on it. We ended up getting the 2 two-year extended warranty and only after I realized we were paying for 3 years for it. Paul was fine, we had no problems with him.

The process was smooth and fast, Cartime’s response time was good. When we came there already had many customers in the dealership at the same time but they were responding to everyone and keeping us I the loop. We’ve delt with Mohammad who was great, but he got caught up with customers as he was at attending to multiple at the same time.

I dealt with Paul at Cartime and he was fine. I have had to take the car back a couple of times due to electronic issues with the boot and I do just think they should have a mechanic who works out of hours to sort this out. Other than this it's a good car which drives nice.
