We did all of the buying process online and spoke over WhatsApp. It was smooth, and when the car was delivered, it was all as described. We are still waiting for the logbook, so overall, I'd give it 4 out of 5 stars.

I'd still give MotorTrust a 5/5 even though I had some issues to start off with. Kork who sold me the car was told everything was fine with it. However a few days after having it I could tell that the clutch was going. I took the car back to him and they sorted it quickly for me without any hassle. I think the total in repairs came to around the £1400 mark, but it was no bother they took it all on board and that is what was important to me. When I got the car back I drove it for about a week before going away on holiday and everything was fine. I would still recommend the dealership and Kork for his excellent service.

Previously got my car from here and was impressed with the service that I received so went with my Wife to get a car for her. We decided to go for the Jaguar I-Pace, She is very pleased with it, had no problems. We are still waiting for the second key to get sorted with Morgan. It's going well. The customer experience was really good. I didn’t like my old car and wanted a bigger one. The guy I dealt with was really good, I can’t remember his name. I’d say five stars to be fair, it was quite easy and simple!

I have been driving around in an 04 Golf for 17 years. So I am loving the Audi A3. I was really pleased with the service, they made it personal and easy. Originally I had a problem, and they came out and resolved it quickly. I'd buy from them again in the future.

I had to downsize my 3 litre diesel engine due to me not traveling to far for work, I'm only ten mins down the road now. The car is fine absolutely no issues. I did feel a little bit rushed when I was at MotorTrust even though I drove up 4 hours to see the car. However the buying process was smooth, the Golf was absolutely spotless. The bloke Adam was good as gold. Overall, everything else was good as gold.
