In these worrying times businesses are finding it tough with the ever changing rules.Oakwood have risen to these challenges and are offering a first class experience with their click and collect service. Although it’s different please don’t be put off I felt safe all the way through the process. Keep up the good work.

We went to the show room for a browse, and was interested in a couple of cars, Customer service was great. Jason was friendly and very knowledgeable gave us the car keys and left us to inspect the cars at our leisure. Booked a test drive with social distancing in place felt very safe. Absolutely No pressure selling at any point which made this experience so enjoyable. Definitely would recommend buying a car from Oakwood in Bury.

Reserved the car online (because of covid) on Monday, went today to view the car, looked even better than on the pictures just as described, fantastic service, non pushy sales would definatley reccomend 10/10 Thankyou!!

I bought my vehicle Mercedes ML could not fault Liam or anyone at Oakwood.The service I received was second to none . I would recommend them and would use them if I need a vehicle again

Awful experience, I would avoid this dealer at all costs. On the surface, they look good but in truth it is deceptive and all they care about is completing the sale. I was assured the car has a full service history that is available to view online but at the moment you cant view it. In reality, the car had no service history at all, and the only history that was present is the checkups they did it themselves when they had the car. The car was polished with a filler and after one wash a massive amount of scratches has appeared. Would never use this dealer again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone! After spending a premium price on a car you would expect better results.

Was in the process of working out a deal on a car during lock down, exchanged a number of emails and even agreed on a price after viewing my car as part exchange, but when I asked about service history on the car I was then ghosted by the sales person, didn’t even have the decency to respond to my emails! Poor pre sales customer service is always an indicator of post sales so I guess I dodged a bullet! Wouldn’t even think about buying with them in the future
