My experience with your staff was exceptional, and Tom was so professional. I have a serious brain injury that affects my speech ,which Tom was very understanding with so 5out5 for me. Keep up the good work you're running an exceptional business there. And all my colleagues and friends will hear about you from me, I just wish I had the money to treat myself to one of your more expensive vehicles, one day!!!

Very happy with my car. It was just the best price and best quality I could find online for BMW 2 Series. The process was easy and managed to get all the work done in a couple days!

Personally i would have liked to recive more updated about how my vehicle was progressing through the stages however appart from that everything went smoothly and im very pleased with my purchase.

My Ford Kuga is really good. I like the heated windscreen and I’ve had Fords before. Wheelers are local to me and I felt I got more of a personal customer service feel from them rather than going to main Ford dealership. Their customer service stood out to me mostly along with the free coffee. I think it was Ben that helped us. He was engaging and very helpful, not pushy.

My experience with Wheelers was okay, they were abit hard to get hold of sometimes and when I was waiting on the car to be ready they didn’t let me know about the parts that were missing that was the only thing that annoyed me but apart from that they were fine the customer service was fine just the standard dealership. It was alright four stars.

Good Service

Everything’s going fine with the van from Wheelers. I was looking on Autotrader this one stood out online as it had low mileage. I spoke to Tom over the phone and they delivered it to me. The only thing was I had to chase him up a few times, and there was a bit of a queue for prep, but other than that everything was alright.

The Superb is Fantastic so far, I’m getting on really well with it! My boyfriend found the Skoda on Autotrader and recommended it for me. Amber was great, she was very helpful.
