Back in November I came to V12 Sports and Classics to buy the Golf I had seen and so far so good, I am really pleased with the way everything went, the process was seamless. I really liked how relaxed everything was; I was able to look around at my own leisure with nobody hassling me. Christopher answered every single one of my questions. Personally when buying my Golf I thought my experience went very well. I had a small issue with the car SD card but I am more than happy with the way it was handled, if it wasn't for the postal strike I might have received it a bit sooner! A very good service with great customer service. I cant knock at all! Don't knock until you try!

Even though I had come with the 5 Series in mind I was able to have a good look round some others and take my time. Conor who I dealt with throughout is a great guy, he make me feel very comfortable. I had absolutely no concerns when I bought my 5 Series from V12, from start to finish it was a smooth process. I found the car online and phoned to enquire about it, that initial communication I had with them was great. I arranged to go and see the car and liked what I saw. Daniel was first class and he took me out for a decent test drive, he was really clear in explaining everything and the sale was complete quickly. Would buy from here again.

I bought a lovely little Polo from V12 Sports and Classics in Newcastle, while buying the car I dealt with a member of the team called Alex. Alex was the model salesman - friendly and informative. He didn’t pressurise me at any point throughout the process which I really liked. I would say I am getting very used to driving the Polo now and it has been a welcome upgrade for me.

Customer service while buying my Merc was excellent, there's not a single thing I could have faulted them for. They got everything completed efficiently for me and everyone was incredibly friendly. The one thing that could lift my experience from 4 star to a 5 star one would have been a little bit of improvement on the communication after the purchase. Other than that the C-Class is brill.
