I got absolutely brilliant customer service from the team down at V12, everyone was polite and easy to talk to. The A4 that I bought is a great car and I am thoroughly enjoying driving it. I would be more than happy to buy another car from them in the future after I have enjoyed this one for a little while longer.

Everything were bang on with V12, they are a lot better than other garages I have been too and made everything simple. Their showrooms are lovely, and their people are so helpful and kind. The Focus is spot on, I can't fault a thing with the motor. I would use V12 again, and have recommended to mates of mine already 👍.

Wow, I was so impressed with the customer service provided by V12, they were the most helpful dealership I think I have ever been too! The car that I wanted was at the Wolverhampton site, so the team organised to move it to the Stoke site for me as it is closer to home. I really appreciated the efforts they put in to help me out, and when the time did come to view the car, I instantly wanted it there and then. I have had absolutely zero issues with the Focus, and would recommend to use V12, wherever you are!

Jack was really great when I was buying my Mercedes, he was such a nice lad and did everything he could to make it as seamless as possible. There was a minor inconvenience with the V5, however, that was a fault on the admin team not Jack, he was an absolute superstar throughout, I really couldn't fault him! Alsolutleyyyyy FANTASIC. I cant tell you really how great these guys actually were. The lad dealing with me was brilliant. I can not fault any of this service at all. The girl dealing with the paperwork was exceptional as well with the insurance side of things! I didn't take the Navara for a test drive because I knew it was a genuine sale and a genuine car. I was given the keys are offered a test drive but I was that confident in these lads I didn't need to and that says something. 5 stars 5 stars 5 stars.
