I would give 4 service was great nice people to deal with. However the only reason I give it a 4 is because of how clean it was when I picked it up.

Had positive experience with blackstone motors. They answered all my concerns an problems before purchasing the car. The only thing I can say that wasn’t a positive was how clean the car was inside an out. Which was slightly disappointing. But apart from that I’d recommend them to anyone else.

Everything went smoothly, the car is lovely, it's a great drive and I haven't had any issues in that regard. The only thing I will fault is that the logbook took a while to come and I did have to chase, it has arrived now but just that initial waiting period could be improved. I would definitely still recommend and consider using again because I can't fault the service or the car.

I exchanged a car with Blackstone Motors and then purchased another from them. They were totally professional, gave me an excellent offer for the car I was selling, delivered my new car to Suffolk because of my health issues and assisted me with the paperwork. Could not be happier! I am so pleased with my new vehicle, I went for a Mercedes-benz SL400. It is such a great car. The weather has also been super ideal after we purchased, so been able to get a good feel for the car already. The customer service was equally as impressive, full stars all around!!!
