Really happy with my purchase, haven't had any problems and love my new car. If I could rate 10/10 then I would. So happy with my overall experience with Car Central Birmingham.

Really loving my Jag it is 10/10 and I don't think I'll ever get tired of driving it.

After taking the car back into the dealership due to a warning light coming on, I've not had an issue with the car it has been running perfectly. I must admit that the team were more than happy to get it straight into the garage and once they found the issue, it only took a day for the part to be ordered, arrive and ready for collection. So overall it has been a good service from the first point of sale to the aftercare.

After finding out that my daughter was in the market for a new car. I did some shopping online and was on the hunt for a reliable car, this is when I stumbled across the Honda at CCB. The car was presented to a high standard, and it has been reliable since driving it away, it is a daily car, so it's had a good run out. I was disappointed that the car was delivered in the dark, as I couldn't appreciate it as much but that is all I would mark the services down for.

First time buying from this garage and I have to say it was a really good experience. I don't normally leave reviews but because of the team, the service, and the car, I wouldn't be doing the company justice if I didn't leave a review. I would recommend others to shop here if they were in the market for a car.

I am really enjoying my new Mitsubishi Outlander, I have an extended family living close by so the 7 seater is perfect. It's nice, spacious but not too big like some of it's competitors, I also use it for running the kids around. I haven't had an issue with it so far. Harry was really nice, made the whole experience start to finish very easy, simple and stress free. I would have rated 5 Stars if I had gotten more money for my part ex.

I had an Audi A4 before and decided it's time for a change. I went with a Ford Mondeo because the road tax is significantly lower than the Audi and I love how economical it is. I had a couple teething issues and had to replace a couple wear and tear bits early on. I didn't contact the dealership for help as I live a long distance away and wouldn't have the time to revisit the dealer for a while. I am presuming in good faith the dealership weren't aware of the issues and everything else about the experience was perfect.

My uncle and I have been shopping around for my first car, I had an idea of what I was looking for and seeing the Polo at Car Central Birmingham, it was exactly what I was looking for! I have been having my lessons in this instead of my instructors 207, didn't take me long to get used to it and I am hoping I will have this for a long while after I pass. The team were all amazing, every single person we dealt with were really nice and helpful.

Really really pleased to have dealt with Fiona and the team at Car Central Birmingham, I had a Nissan X Trail before and really liked it, it's a brilliant 4x4 and I was set that I wanted one again. It's been great so far, I have been driving it lots and I am very happy with everything. customer service has been exceptional, I can't fault the team at all!

I would like to say first of all how happy I am with the customer service and the staff at Car Central Birmingham, they have been very accommodating and helpful throughout. I purchased a Rangy from them and it has an issue with the suspension and wheel bearings.. Despite the issues I couldn't possibly rate any lower than 4 stars as everyone has been doing their best to help get the issues sorted for me. It is still on going as it stands but I have been regularly contacted to discuss progress and hope to have my car back soon. As frustrating as the issues have been, if I decided to return the car I would defiantly get something from the same dealer as they have been so good throughout.
