The reviews are what made me choose MotorTrust, they seemed really reputable and trusting and the reviews were really good. I just fancied a bit of a nicer car to be honest, we basically ordered the Cupra online so we needed a dealer that’s trusting with getting it dropped off, because we aren’t even local. I came across a little issue with getting in contact with them directly with my V5 so I’m just waiting for a response as they can be a little hard to reach. But that’s the only thing. Everyone’s been brilliant and friendly.

All going well so far, well touch wood but I haven’t had a problem with anything. My previous Merc I had before were way too small, now since we had the Volkswagen its great to drive and doesn’t give me back ache or nothing. I went online and just had a look and MotorTrust had a few in stock and it went from there. Brilliant customer service, it was Andy he’s a good guy man, he was very helpful if I could score him out of ten I would give him a ten haha!

I just wanted a convertible for the summer and motor trust had the specific example I wanted in stock, as its not a particularly common car. They were lovely the guys at the garage, were very nice and answered my questions all fine. All in good order, I’m happy to give a 5 👍

I fancied a change in car. I have bought from MotorTrust previously, they have a good setup up there. What stands out there is there is no pressure, they give you the space to look around and inspect the cars, and they also have a wide range of cars available. Morgan was the salesman who helped me, and it all went great.

I went to MotorTrust to check out a few cars when I came across the Mercedes A Class, which I purchased in the end. I thought the service was really good. I had a warning light shortly after leaving the dealership, although they rectified the issues straight away. I'd give it 4 stars overall.

Buying from Motortrust was simple, everyone was friendly and a easy transaction. I hate hassle and this was done so quickly. As soon as I saw the car I knew it was the one I wanted. From driving a Mini before it sometimes feels like I'm driving a buss, but I know I'm not haha. Since having my BMW I have had no issues, I actually love my car!

After having my car for 13 years, I was due an upgrade. I chose Motortrust as they had the car I wanted which was the BMW 3 Series, but mostly I found the prices fair. Morgan the sales representative was really helpful and answered most of our questions. He was friendly and approachable, even contacted us back when we had further questions - Overall really good customer service from him.

I can't remember who I dealt with but they provided a great service to me. The Audi was for my wife, she has had the same model before but we just wanted a newer one. I dealt with everything down at the dealership and my wife didn't see the car until it was on our drive haha. Since having it everything is running fine, I would rate the experience with MotorTrust a 5 as I can't fault them!

They did excellently when I bought my MG from Motortrust. I chose to get the car delivered which was a really quick turn around, the bloke who brought my car was very friendly. I'd give them a 5 even a 6 - actually I'd give them 10!! I just wish the Manufacturer put a CD player in the car that's my only complaint but that's not on them. Excellent garage and very friendly people.

I've been looking for a Jaguar F Pace for a while after having my Volkswagen Passat for nearly 8 years it was time for a change, I wanted something with a little bit more comfort with a little bit more about it. This was really the only one I looked at, I went down on Friday and hoped to get it there and then but had go back the following day whilst I got my finance sorted through the bank, but it was still a fairly quick turnaround. I'm pleased with the Jag, I've been waiting for the price to come down on these as I've been after one of these for a while. Since getting I've done about 1000 miles and there doesn't see to be really any issues. Only little things were there's a few bits and bobs that the salesman didn't know came with the spec of the car. The drivers side heated seat isn't working which I hoping is just a fuse, there's a little leak from the headlight washer and its not warming up properly. These little things haven't stopped me recommending them to friends at work or returning in future as everything was quite smooth.
