My Daughter bought a Audi A3 from RW Sports and Prestige in November 2016, the oil warning light came on after a week (oil on minimum) supposed to have had a full service. Took the car back, the garage supposedly filled the engine with oil to maximum, no other checks done to why the oil was low even after full service, on going problem with oil light coming on every few weeks, the garage manager Ray fobbed us off until the warranty had expired then made every excuse not to solve the problem. One day i rang the garage landline Ray answered the phone and told me he "wasn't in work that day and he would ring me the following day" he didn't ring back! AVOID RW SPORTS AND PRESTIGE.

Fantastic prices and clean cars after service care is also spot on I will only be buying my cars from RW Sports and Prestige in the future. Thank you for my car.

Absolutely top quality garage brilliant service throughout when I purchased my Range Rover sport there were a few issues but RW quickly resolved them for me with no problems at all. Had the car couple of months and it developed a different common fault phoned rw spoke to Ray and he quickly spoke to the garage and payed for repairs no problem I will 100% buy from them again 10/10 all round.

Attitude attitude attitude, car was faulty I had to argue with them to get them to accept liability and fix the problem, one month later I got the car back with something else broken that was previously fine. RW Sports And Prestige are quick to take money, but as soon as a problem occurs some dirty tricks get pulled. I recommend avoiding them altogether.

When I arrived to pick up the car, it wasn't ready. Then after waiting 4 hours to get the correct keys, I was given the car with absolutely no petrol. The car's mileage went up as it was being used and had a coffee cup in it. The car stalled before getting to the petrol station as it had zero fuel. Nevertheless, its been driving fine. However customer service is awful. I gave an over payment of money and I have been contacting them crazy with no reply. I am now being avoided by RW Sports And Prestige.
