Wanted a larger Volvo better suited to long distances. S90 was advertised on ebay within travelling distance. Magic blue car was gleaming in the sun and in good condition inside and out in spite of 120k miles. Praised by the delivery driver and passed a quick diagnostic test at my local independent Volvo dealer. And it will be much better than my V40 for long journeys

Recently bought my Mrs a Renault Megane and she loves it. Ben was great, he is only a youngster but gave me that 5* service when I was at Lease Cars Direct Ltd. The only trouble we have had was the warranty company which was quickly resolved. Other than that though, Ben did everything he said he would and followed through on his promises so I have no complaints at all.

From the second I arrived at Lease Cars Direct Ltd Ben was fantastic. He made sure I got everything I needed and helped me settle on buying the Range Rover. I was heading to Turkey for 2 weeks after I bought it but they kept it safe at the dealership for me until I got back and could go and pick it up. There have been some issues with the thermostat housing but it is all getting fixed and Ben has even said if the warranty won't cover it then he is happy to pay for it himself. He is just good as gold!

I am so happy with my Audi A4! It is just perfect and I am quite enjoying driving it about. I had seen it on eBay and thought it looked in a really good condition so I arranged with Ben to go down and collect it. He was really nice and so easy to deal with and just made the whole process simple and smooth. It very much lived up to my expectations and everything was just how I thought it would be. Can't find anything wrong with the car or the guys at the dealership.

Had to wait to get my Mondeo as typically I was going on holiday the day after I bought it so I wasn't around for it to be delivered. The perk to it though was that I had a nice new car delivered when I got back so it softened the blow of being back to normality with all the rain haha! Ben was great throughout the whole process though and was really understanding around the delivery delay and kept us updated every step of the way so it made it a really smooth process. He was completely straight and honest with us from the start and is a really trustworthy guy.

Even though I live in Essex, I got my Ford Mondeo from Lease Cars Direct Ltd as they just had the best deals and seemed to really care about their customers. Ben was absolutely fantastic, he was very courteous and went the extra mile to pick us up from the train station when we came to collect the car so it took all the hassle out of it. I am absolutely loving my Mondeo and gave it a good blast on my drive home. Pleasantly happy with the whole experience.

I found a Peugeot 308 GT online and decided it was the one for me without even going to see it in person. I just gave the guys at Lease Cars Direct Ltd a call and bought it over the phone. We had a chat around the delivery options as I am quite far away but in the end I decided to go down on the train to collect it so I could get it sooner as I just couldn't wait to drive it! They even collected me from the train station which was a really nice touch. It was just all a really pleasant experience even though it was mainly over the phone.

Ben at Lease Cars Direct Ltd is amazing. The customer service is perfect, I can't fault them at all! I got my Mazda CX5 and it is running lovely. There was an issue with the seatbelt and it needs a new part but Ben has got it all sorted for me and is getting the part sent to me to be fitted with me being further away so it isn't ideal for me to take it back there. There were some issues with the delivery but that was a separate company and Ben has been full of apologies around that and has taken that feedback to the company which was really good of him. Overall, they have been pretty decent!

I am a taxi driver so my car is my job so I needed to make sure it was good and reliable. I found a Ford Mondeo at Lease Cars Direct Ltd so I decided to have a look at it. Ben was very good and explained everything about the car including it's history and where it had come from so I was confident that it was right for me. Ben did believe the cambelt had been replaced before it came to him but it turns out it wasn't but I think that it just a genuine mistake and Ben is helping me to get this resolved too. No qualms at all, 5* service!

Very happy with the Nissan Leaf I bought, although I haven't driven it myself yet due to foot surgery 😒. Overall experience with Ben at Lease Cars Direct was really good though.
