4 out of 5 stars only because there was no charger in the boot to plug it into the house and I was told that my bumper would get fixed but only one side has. Otherwise the car is going okay, just need to get these things chased up.

My new car from Cartime is brilliant, I love it. So far since doing some long drives, it has been perfect. The salesperson Asam was really good during the sale, I found them to be proper helpful and wasn't pushy at all and understood when we said what I wanted.

I recently purchased my first electric vehicle from here. I have really been enjoying it and it has helped me a lot economically. It took me a second to get used to it, but I am fully enjoying it now. Oliver provided top customer service; he was nothing but helpful with no pressure sales tactics from him at all. I did feel like the car wasn’t cleaned for me and I wasn’t too pleased with this as I expected it to be in clean condition. However, they took the car, deep cleaned and valeted it for me without any drama and in a timely manner. I really cannot fault it. It was a great buying experience.

So far, I am happy with my vehicle. I had a Mercedes previously but went for an Audi A4 from Cartime. It seems to be running fine, a great car to be honest. It gets me from A to B. Moncef was very helpful throughout the whole transaction. John, who I spoke to on the phone, was also good. I have nothing negative to say.
