I'm getting on just fine with my new Corsa and I've got no complaints to date 🙂 The sales team at LMC were good to deal with so I'd say they deserve a five star rating in my opinion.

My new car’s running smoothly and everything’s as it should be. The staff at LMC were very helpful, answered all our questions and were available for us to visit, so we’ve no complaints service-wise. When we arrived there were a couple of discrepancies with the physical vehicle compared to the listing — for example, I believe another customer who also purchased a BMW X1 prior to us had swapped a few items (like a boot liner), leaving us with a damaged one which if I'm honest was a bit disappointing. The dealership made amends and rectified everything as promised, ordering replacement parts etc so it hasn’t ruined our experience and we’d definitely consider going back to them in the future.

I actually bought the car to sell on and its already sold which is amazing. The process was easy and the service was perfect - no problems at any point.

I am actually local to the dealership, and had driven past a fair few times before but never been in. I saw the car I wanted was at the dealership. It was a really smooth process buying from here, didn't have any issues at all. Staff were all pleasant and even though I was going for a specific car there was definitely lots of options to choose from at LMC. I would recommend them. No complaints!

Cars log book missing, service history showed no service for current year, and mileage shown in kilometres and car set up in kilometres. Had to ask to change both. No mot offered, we had to insist for it. Had to have rear drivers side light changed at local Hyundai dealership on warranty within weeks of purchase after it was highlighted at its overdue service at same Upminster dealership. On reflection I do now wonder why we proceeded with purchase. Though after all this we are reasonably satisfied with the car, considering all the above. The sales guy did his best, I just don’t think any due diligence had been carried out prior to offering the car for sale.

Overall, I am pleased with the car. There are a few minor problems that I believe could have been addressed to make it a 5 star experience. The issues are that the brakes squeak and may need replacing, and the car only came with one key, which was disappointing. In fairness to the dealership, the process was very straightforward, everything went smoothly, and the turnaround was quick without delays. Just a few small areas for improvement.

The customer service initially from Mo was honestly 10 out of 10, couldn't have done anything more for me, really helpful and professional. I do have 2 issues with the car which I have made LMC aware of and I am still waiting to hear back about these, which is why I am giving a 4/5 star review, However I am really pleased with the car overall.

Sale was smooth asked lots of questions wanted assurances and MOT carried out. All done well and quickly. Hand over smooth and customer friendly. No complaints and went very well. Completely satisfied with car.

The customer service on arrival was good. While we were viewing the Audi E-Tron, the sales staff were very accommodating, offering me drinks and telling me to make myself at home which was a nice touch. After deciding to go ahead with the car, things felt a little different, and I feel this stage of the experience could have been better. There were a few things on the car that I had asked them to look at and potentially fix before collection, one of which was a scratch on the mirror. That said, the car itself is great. The experience wasn’t perfect, but it wasn’t bad either. To give some honest feedback they do a great job before the sale, making you feel welcome and looked after, but they seem to struggle a bit with the aftersales and handover process. They are a very busy dealership, so I understand that things can get missed. Overall, I had a good experience with some room for improvement.
